No Contract Needed with Hitman Pest Control
Do I have to sign a contract?
Hitman Pest Control uses no contracts, however, on your initial service; you will be asked to sign a service agreement spelling out exactly what pests and areas are covered, you will be given a copy giving both you and us something to look back on if any questions about your coverage or pricing ever arise. It is a beneficial tool for both of us and has proved to be good business practice, for our technicians to bring it back to the office to be entered into your individual account information and than file away the original for any future reference.
Why doesn’t Hitman Pest Control use contracts?
We at Hitman know how uneasy signing a long term contract with a service company can make you feel and we can appreciate that, we are customers also. We see no reason to try and force you to adhere to anything you do not feel comfortable with, especially with so called “legal documents” and the threat of legal action or arbitration.Hitman Pest Control believes that the quality of your services and the results obtained will be all that is needed to keep you a happy and loyal customer. At Hitman Pest Control we like to say, “If you keep your services regular, we will keep your pricing regular.”
